Pick Up Procedures


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • ITEM PICK UP IS FROM 3:30-4:30 ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE (SATURDAY)

  • WE MUST LEAVE THE PAL BUILDING AT 4:30 SHARP ON SATURDAY - ITEMS CANNOT BE HELD BY WHOO CONSIGNS OR THE P.A.L. AFTER THE SALE

  • FAILURE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS WILL RESULT IN A $10.00 DEDUCTION FROM YOUR CONSIgNOR CHECK & YOUR ITEMS WILL BE PUT ON THE DONATION TRUCK AT 4:30.

  • Due to space issues with our donation service we are unable to donate any unsold furniture items!

  • This includes cribs, beds, chairs, changing tables, etc.

  • You will need to pick up any unsold large items. If you are unsure if you will need to pick you your large item please get in touch with us ASAP!

  • If you fail to pick up your unsold item you will be charged a fee of $25.00 per item, since we'll have to personally transport and dispose of the them.

BEFORE PICK UP DAY

  • WRITE "PICK UP ITEMS FROM WHOO CONSIGNS AT 3:30 ON SATURDAY" ON YOUR CALENDAR

  • Leaving a LARGE LABELED tub at drop off will help up clearly separate your items from other sellers items on pick up day.

  • Alert Whoo Consigns at drop off or via email if you are having someone other than yourself pick up your items

  • Alert Whoo Consigns if you plan to DONATE ALL of your items and will NOT be coming back on Saturday to pick up your items

  • Before you leave to pick up your items please do the following

  • Print out an UNSOLD ITEMS REPORT - This will assist you in making sure that all your items have been properly sorted at pick up.

  • Check your records to see if any items were turned away at drop. Note that these items were not accepted in the sale on your unsold items report

When you arrive to pick up your items:

  • Check in with a sale volunteer who will direct you to where your items were sorted. At this time make sure that the items in your pile correspond with the items on your Unsold Items Report.

  • Double check that all the items do indeed belong to you, and alert a volunteer if there are any issues. Alert Melissa if you have any issues with missing or miss sorted items. We have the best success at resolving any issues during pick up. After pick up is over it is almost impossible to locate missing or miss sorted items.**

  • Check the lost and found items bin for any of your items - yes, we know you did a great job tagging, but it happens to the best of us, tags come off, hangers break, it happens - check the bin!

  • Before you leave please check out with Melissa.

**NOTE** We cannot send out your seller check until any issues with missing or miss sorted items have been resolved.
