Rockstar Team Member Early Registration

We are opening up registration early for a select few of you that really make things happen and help the sale run smoothly. You've been selected as a ROCKSTAR TEAM MEMBER because you have reliably worked in the past and you have a solid understanding of how the sale runs and what needs to get done in order for it to be successful. We appreciate all your help and want to make sure that the shifts that work best for your schedule are available to you first.

Oh, and here's the added bonus, Rockstar Team Members are permitted to work THREE shifts! 

As a Team Member, you will earn a higher percentage of your sales based on how many shifts you work:

1 Shift =   65% of your total sales

2 Shifts = 70% of your total sales

3 Shifts = 75% of your total sales

Setup & Breakdown Shifts: The responsibilities for these Team Member shifts will be to assist with the unloading of the trailer and assembly of racks on Wednesday morning and the disassembly of racks and reloading the trailer on Saturday afternoon. This is a more physically demanding shift so to compensate we have reduced these shifts to 2 hours (instead of the normal 4 hours for a regular team member shift) for the same credit! Please only select these shifts if you are physically capable of working the shift or feel free to send your husband or teenager in your place! If you are planning to send someone else, please make sure to email us with their name (so we know who to expect) and phone number.

Team Member Shifts during Dropoff (Wednesday): Your primary responsibilities are helping to check in other sellers, putting away items, and organizing the sales floor. Although you may bring in your items during your shift, please only put your own items on the sales floor as time allows between helping others.

Team Member Shifts on sale days (Thursday through Saturday): Your primary responsibilities are helping customers and maintaining the sale floor, and you may not have the opportunity to shop. We ask that when choosing your work shift, please make sure that you have also planned some shopping time for yourself another time during the week. That being said, Team Members are allowed to shop during their shift. We just ask that you make helping our customers your first priority!

Please do not choose overlapping shifts. If you choose overlapping shifts you will only be compensated based on the total number of hours worked. It is perfectly fine to choose back-to-back shifts. If you would like or need to choose overlapping shifts, please message us directly.
